The board of directors at Canadian Global plays a vital role in guiding the company’s direction and upholding the standards that define our work. With deep top drive expertise and hands-on iron roughneck knowledge, the board oversees every aspect of our operations, from technical performance to long-term growth. Their leadership ensures our partnerships remain strong and our certifications, including API, CAODC, and APEGA oversight, are consistently maintained.
The board also supports strong strategic partnerships with leading drilling contractors across the global energy sector. Our ability to serve clients like Horizon Drilling, Ensign Energy, Precision Drilling, Fox Drilling, and others speaks to their focus on leadership stability, technical excellence, and scalable innovation that aligns with evolving industry needs.
Mr. Kipley is President and CEO of Xyresic Holdings, LLC (dba Xyresic Capital), where he focuses on value-oriented private equity and M&A activity in the lower middle market. His expertise spans off-market deal sourcing, company underwriting and acquisition, executive team recruiting, governance implementation, strategic planning, and exit execution.
Before founding Xyresic, he held senior roles at Z Capital Partners (Senior Managing Director), Black Diamond Capital Management (Managing Director), and Bank of America (Associate). He began his career at The Chase Manhattan Bank.
Mr. Kipley earned a BA in Psychology, with distinction, from the University of Michigan and holds the CFA designation.
Mr. Lee is a Senior Managing Director at Gladstone with 25 years of experience in private investments. Throughout his career, he has built a consistent record of investing in and guiding portfolio companies through successful exits, and currently serves on the boards of ten companies spanning the aerospace and defense, industrials, consumer products, and services sectors.
Before joining Gladstone, Mr. Lee was a Vice President at MCG Capital, a publicly traded business development company deploying debt and equity capital across a range of middle-market industries. Earlier in his career, he worked as a consultant at KPMG, now known as BearingPoint.
He holds both a B.A. and an M.B.A. from Georgetown University.
Mr. Crump joined Gladstone in January 2022. Prior to joining Gladstone, he worked as a Senior Associate at Mountain Capital, a private equity firm focused on investments in the North American energy sector. Prior to his work at Mountain Capital, Mr. Crump was an analyst in the Global Energy Investment Banking group at Scotiabank, where he advised on M&A transactions in the Oil & Gas sector. Mr. Crump graduated with BS degrees in Finance and Economics from the University of Maryland.
Mr. Hollis is President and a Director of High Peak Energy, Inc. (Nasdaq: HPK). Prior to High Peak, he served in several senior roles at Diamondback Energy, Inc. (Nasdaq: FANG), including President and COO, COO, and Vice President of Drilling, spanning 2015 through 2019. He also served on the boards of Diamondback and Viper Energy Partners LP (Nasdaq: VNOM) beginning in 2011. Earlier in his career, Mr. Hollis was a Drilling Manager at Chesapeake Energy and held engineering roles of increasing responsibility at ConocoPhillips and Burlington Resources.
He brings more than 20 years of oil and gas experience to his work and holds a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from Louisiana State University.
Mr. Ingram serves as Chief Operating Officer of Pontotoc Sand & Stone LLC and American Silica LLC. He spent his career at Halliburton, joining in 2002 as a hydraulic fracturing engineer and ultimately serving as Vice President of Technology for the Americas and Vice President of the Central United States. He also serves on the advisory board of the Petroleum Engineering Department at the University of Oklahoma’s Mewbourne School of Earth and Energy.
He holds a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Missouri-Rolla, an MBA and M.S. in Natural Gas Engineering and Management, both from the University of Oklahoma.
Josh Lehde is Chief Executive Officer of Pontotoc Sand & Stone LLC and American Silica LLC. He brings extensive experience in oil and gas services and construction, with particular expertise in capital improvement projects and greenfield facility development with budgets exceeding $50 million.
In 2013, he founded Pontotoc Sand and Cave City Sand, both of which continue to supply Tier 1 proppant to oilfield markets. In 2023, he led the acquisition and recommissioning of American Silica, a brownfield proppant facility in Arkansas.
He holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Missouri University of Science and Technology and serves on the boards of several nonprofit organizations.
Colby joined as President, CEO, and Board Member in September 2023 following the acquisition of E3 by Gladstone (NYSE: GAIN) and Xyresic. He brings more than 20 years of international oil and gas leadership built through a career at Halliburton, where he held senior roles across Asia Pacific, North Africa, the Middle East, and Saudi Arabia.
He holds a B.S. in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from Oklahoma State University.
